Jeff Keen is the Director of Federal Contracts & Training for Centre Law & Consulting. He has more than thirteen years of experience in federal contracting working as a corporate executive and a senior program manager.

Jeff has extensive experience in managing multiple teams of program experts delivering integrated communications, marketing, education, media, social media, web, IT development, customer service, curriculum development, training, and administrative support. He also has extensive knowledge of managing large programs with multiple task orders, all while achieving key milestones and timely deliverables. In the last six years, Jeff has led his team to win more than 95 communication awards.

As a PMP-certified manager with a proven ability to construct highly efficient teams that achieve common goals and solutions for clients, his results driven P&L methodology achieves corporate profits and measurable results for clients. Jeff can translate client and stakeholder needs into strategies that improve business processes and achieve desired client results.
