Barbara Kinosky is a partner in Centre Law Group and the President of Centre Consulting, Inc. She has over twenty years of experience in federal government contracts. Prior to establishing Centre Law and Centre Consulting Barbara was the head of a government contracts practice group at a major law firm. Barbara is a frequent author and lecturer. She oversees operations of the consulting and training practice groups at Centre.

Career Highlights:

• Selected to SmartCEO Magazine list of top 120 attorneys for 2010.
• Testified before Congressman Davis' Section 1423 Acquisition Reform Panel on the efficacy of performance based contracting and was quoted numerous times in the Final Report.
• Has spoken at the Professional Services Expo, the Greater Washington Business Summit, the NCMA World Congress, the Annual SBA National Conference, the NIH Annual Contracting Symposium, the Federal Health Care Acquisition Conference the Practicing Law Institute in NYC and the ASA Staffing World Conference.
• Won numerous protests at the GAO and obtained directed award of protested procurement for client.
• Teaches numerous courses on all aspects of federal government contracting.
• Consults to both Fortune 500 companies and federal government agencies on a wide variety of federal government topics including GSA Schedules compliance.
